On February 20th 2006 we launched the new Metronet website. This page explains how these changes are aimed to improve your service and experience.

Contact Us tool
We've made some great improvements to the Contact Us tool.
Instead of emailing your questions and problems to the support team, we now ask you to raise a query through the Contact Us tool.
You can raise any kind of query for your account or services, e.g. billing issues, technical faults or order enquiries. Our support team work 24/7 to respond to your queries as quickly as possible.
The Contact Us tool also includes:
- Reports and service updates on known problems.
- Full query history for your account and services.

We recommend you read the Using Contact Us guide before using the tool.
Please note: only the account holder can use the Contact Us tool. If your service is on somebody else's account, they must raise the query for you.
New Help and Support section
We've updated, improved and added to our existing support section.
Most common questions and problems are covered in these easy to understand web pages. We recommend you always check the Help and Support section before contacting the support team.

This is a new addition to the Metronet website. The secure Member Centre is the home of the Metronet experience and allows you to manage your account and services in the My Account section.
Each time you login to the Member Centre you get the latest news and alerts for your account.
Keep an eye on the Member Centre for news about future improvements to your service.

We've made the Metronet website easier to navigate and the pages faster loading, for a better user experience.
Using the new Metronet website - Logging in and out
Some areas of the new site, including the Member Centre and My Account can only be accessed by Metronet customers.
- Go to the Member Centre.
- Enter your account username and password in the login box.
- Click the 'Login' button.
You are now logged in to the Metronet website where you can manage your account through the Member Centre and My Account section.
Note: when you have finished, simply click the 'Logout' button in the top right corner to end your session.
