We are currently aware of reports of DNS lookup failures affecting customers. This will cause problems browsing to web pages or using other Internet applications, with requests timing out or returning error messages.

If you were logged in to the portal, you could associate your username with this problem.

Problem has been passed to our network engineers for investigation.

Our network engineers have rebooted one of our caching DNS servers and customers should no longer be experiencing problems.

The server became unresponsive following a period of routine maintenance. We are currently investigating why this happened and why DNS requests were not routed to one of the remaining servers.
