Our reporting tools are showing a drop in users on this gateway, we need to find out if they were dropped and why the pipe is not accepting new connections.

If you were logged in to the portal, you could associate your username with this problem.

Our reporting is showing that affected customers have been able to reconnect to one of the other gateways.

Our network engineers are investigating the cause of the problem, a further update will be posted shortly.

A temporary problem with an ERX service module has been found to be the cause of user disconnected sessions. This has now been resolved and users should experience normal service.
