Problem description

We are getting calls from customers who are intermittently unable to sign up, we have passed the problem to our development team to investigate this further. So far we have only had reports of business accounts faililng, residential accounts seem to be ok at this time.
If you were logged in to the portal, you could associate your username with this problem.
