At the end of the pre-signup there is a line which says something like :

"Cost if you leave within 12 months - £76.99 (read Terms & Conditions)"

This calculates the activation plus hardware charge,

However, if you follow the pre-signup journey as migrating in from another ISP, this line is showing

"Cost if you leave within 12 months - £0 (read Terms & Conditions)"

Which is incorrect, as the customer would have to pay £14.99 (inbound migration fee) + first month's subscription (if they choose the 30 day trial) if they leave within 12 months.

If you were logged in to the portal, you could associate your username with this problem.
