There are scattered reports of customers receiving errors when trying to log into their mailboxes.

If you were logged in to the portal, you could associate your username with this problem.

Problem has been passed to an engineer for investigation.

We have identified that one of the mail scripts introduced as part of the recently launched 'Manage My Mail' tool is changing these mailboxes to a destroyed status.

This only happens if a certain flag is set in one of the mail databases. It is unclear what is setting this flag. Further investigation is underway. In the mean time the script has been stopped.

Problem has been passed to development as the issue is caused by a database change. Network functionality is working as expected.

Issue resolved, we are downgrading this problem for live monitoring over the weekend.
