When our customers wish to move house, we allow them to either pay us £5.88+47 upfront, or alternative, just pay us the admin charge of £5.88 and defer the £47 as a deferred contract. If they stay with us for more than a year after this point, the deferred house move contract is written off.

I have just come across a few instances whereby there is a duplicate deferred activation contract (although the duplicate is written off) which appears to be preventing customers from requesting a deferred house move contract, and only allowing them to pay for the house move upfront.

I am now raising this with our QA department, who will test this problem and raise accordingly.

The problem has been confirmed by QA and is now being investigated by Live Code Support team.
