There is a delay with customer BroadBand usage files being processed. The delay was approximately 2 hours 30 minutes at 10pm.

If you were logged in to the portal, you could associate your username with this problem.

An engineer is currently investigating the problem.

We have identifed the root cause and fixed the issue.

The usage files that were outstanding are currently being processed.
