If you change a mailbox password via the portal for some customers the password change doesn't take effect and the old password still works

If you were logged in to the portal, you could associate your username with this problem.

Problem has been passed to our Quality Assurance team for further investigation.

We have confirmed that changes to mailbox passwords made with the Manage My Mail facility are not applied immediately.

This is now being looked at by our Developers.

We have identified a problem with the submission of the password change form on the portal that are not correctly writing changes to customers passwords. Our developers are currently working on a fix.
