We are investigating reports and network monitoring that indicates our webmail service is currently unavailable.

If you were logged in to the portal, you could associate your username with this problem.

This problem has now been passed to our Networks team for further investigation.

The problem was due to large query logging files on our new Webmail servers. We have made some amendments to the configuration to resolve this issue and service has now been restored.

A problem has been identified with the configuration of the server logs on the platform. Log files have been purged and longer term measures are under discussion.
