Attempts to access Webmail is taking several minutes or timing out.

If you were logged in to the portal, you could associate your username with this problem.

Problem has been passed to a Network Engineer for investigation.

Problem is related to the database. The general query log is rapidly filling the database partition. We are now rotating the logs more frequently and we hope to schedule maintenance work for tomorrow to turn this particular log off as it is not required.
