We have had isolated reports of customers waiting in the call queue longer than the reporting software has been showing.

If you were logged in to the portal, you could associate your username with this problem.

This problem has been passed to an on-call engineer and we will provide an update later on.

This problem is being downgraded to allow us to monitor the impact on the customers over the weekend. If we see any further reports then we will take the necessary steps again.
