If a customer registers for an account and selects the 'no hardware' option their billing summary during the signup process shows the initial fee to be £5.99 more than it should be. It appears that a postage and packaging charge is being applied.

If the customer continues with the registration it would appear that the additional amount is not charged however this could well deter a customer from completing the signup.

If you were logged in to the portal, you could associate your username with this problem.
