We have experienced a brief power outage at our main Sheffield office. This has disrupted our phone system. An engineer has been called and is now investigating.

A fault has been identified with the call processing software of our telephone system. An engineer is en-route to work on the problem.

The problem reported with the phone system has now been resolved by an on-call engineer. This problem is now being downgraded for live monitoring. Many thanks for your patience.
