Problem: [44631] Metronet customer unable to view questions on their child account Status: Closed

When logged in to the member centre on the master account details customers should be able to view the questions raised on both the master and child accounts.
However when trying to view the questions on the child account this is looping back to the summary screen.

If you were logged in to the portal, you could associate your username with this problem.

This is being investigated as a priority and an update will be provided in due course.

We have identified the problem and are currently testing this fix for this.

The fix has been passed testing and is awaiting sign off
