Problem description

We are currently investigating an issue where some customers websites on our frontpage server are not accessible when browsing to: http://fp.username.visp.com
Our network team are working on this and we will provide an update shortly.
If you were logged in to the portal, you could associate your username with this problem.

Our engineers have identified the cause of this problem and now believe this issue to be resolved.
We will continue to monitor this platform to prevent this type of issue from re-occurring.
