When requesting a MAC key error raised "AUTO PROBLEM"

MAC is requested but is not added to the ticket, and no billing information is presented.

Customers can still request MAC codes, however they will need to be processed manually until this problem is resolved.

If you were logged in to the portal, you could associate your username with this problem.
