Out monitoring is showing that some customers on the gateway known as PTE-AG1 have been disconnected this evening.

All affected customers will be able to reconnect on one of the other gateways.

If you were logged in to the portal, you could associate your username with this problem.

Our network engineers are currently investigating the problem.

We have isolated the failed component in our gateway router so the router is once again accepting customer connections.

The problem will remain open until we are satisfied that it is no longer customer affecting.
