It is not currently possible to access RADIUS reporting using the ' View RADIUS Details' link on a customer's account.

If you were logged in to the portal, you could associate your username with this problem.

This problem has been confirmed, and passed to our development team to be resolved.

The cause of the problem is confirmed to be a database table corruption, this is now being repaired.

The corrupted table has been repaired. This means that we can now access RADIUS reporting for our customers accounts.
