Our oncall engineers have been called and are investigating the cause of the problem.

We would suggest any customers still experiencing difficulty connecting switch off their modem or router for a period of 20-30 minutes before switching it back on and reattempting to establish a connection.

We have identified a problem with one of the line cards and have removed it from service. New connections will all be made to the remaining, functional cards.

The faulty line card has been reloaded and is now accepting connections normally.
