Customers on the forums are reporting delays in the arrival of email to their mailboxes. The email seems to pass via the relays and get to the mx.cores in a timely fashion however seems to be getting delayed for in excess of an hour on the cores.

If you were logged in to the portal, you could associate your username with this problem.

Problem has been passed to a network engineer for further investigation.

Since rolling back the ACL blocking on Tuesday we have seen large volumes of inbound email overnight that have resulted in the queues reaching in excess of 10,000 messages.

Reports are being received of emails that are being delayed in excess of an hour.

Work to refine the queue runners on the platform this morning has failed to resolve the problem:

We believe the delays occur when one of the anti-spam processes reloads its database.

Suggestion is for us to upgrade to the latest version of Clam during a planned maintenance window next week.
