New signup orders are not being placed correctly in Eco. When placing the orders manually they are successful, and show no issues.

This is affecting the majority of our new signups.

If you were logged in to the portal, you could associate your username with this problem.

This problem has been passed to our QA team for investigation.

We are currently investigating the issue, and will provide further updates as we have them.

The issue seems to have been caused by a systems outage on BTs side. We are downgrading the problem, and will monitor the situation.
