We have idetified a problem where some server config files are pointing to the wrong session database servers. This is causing sessions to be dropped. Which can cause sign up problems.

Our networks team are working to resolve the problem.

If you were logged in to the portal, you could associate your username with this problem.

We are currently looking into this issue as we speak and as soon as we have a fix available we will update the problem and service status.

We have found an issue with the database replication, this is no longer affecting the live servers in any way therefore we are downgrading the problem and scheduling the fix to the tertiary database server for later this afternoon.
