We are currently unable to view our internal task management system (POMS). While this does not have a direct impact on our customers it is the main mechanism to track work internally for the other departments of the business and may delay projects.
If you were logged in to the portal, you could associate your username with this problem.

Apologies to all - this problem was raised to investigate an issue we had with our problems tool, that prevented us from adding any comments or additional detail to any open problems (including this one...)
Fortunately a fix has now been rolled (hence this comment) and the problem is now awaiting signoff before closure.
