We are currently investigating issues with our LINX secondary network, which may be causing customers issues when visiting transatlantic sites.

Customers may see timeouts, 'page cannot be displayed errors' or routing issues.

If you were logged in to the portal, you could associate your username with this problem.

This problem has been passed to our networks team for further investigation.

This issue was caused by an outage suffered by one of our third party suppliers, and has now been fully resolved.
