Unable to login to portal currently, have tried after refreshing componant and changing password, unable to login.

If you were logged in to the portal, you could associate your username with this problem.

We have passed this to our Quality Assurance team to investigate and then assign to a member of staff to fix.

We had a problem with one of the portal loadbalancers. This has now been fixed and tested as working.

I am now downgrading this problem for signoff.
