Our monitioring is showing that a number of customers have been disconnected from the gateways THN-AG1 and THN-AG3.

If you were logged in to the portal, you could associate your username with this problem.

The problem has been passed to our network engineers to investigate.

This was caused by BT replacing a faulty piece of hardware that has been causing problems.

BT have confirmed that the card is now working correctly and the pipes are re-balancing as users reconnect.
