We are receiving reports from customers that email sent to their accounts is being bounced with the error:

84.92.2.1 failed after I sent the message.
Remote host said: 550 REJECTED: This message has been identified as Spam by the administrator

This rejection message is the one returned when our mail servers block on subject line.

If you were logged in to the portal, you could associate your username with this problem.

We have identified a problem with the script used for rejecting email based on certain subject lines that was implemented following the webmail incident back in May. The problem has now been fixed and emails should no longer be getting rejected.
