Some customers are experiencing problems with the resolution of DNS mail records on hosted domains.

If you were logged in to the portal, you could associate your username with this problem.

We have identified a problem with the DNS records on customers' accounts being incorrect. This is now under investigation with our networks team and a fix has been identified.

Our networks engineers have been tasked with the fix for this issue, as soon as any further information is available regarding the rollout and expected resolution times this problem will be updated.
