We have received reports from customers added to the Postini trial on the 2th December that they are experiencing problems when people send them email.

If you were logged in to the portal, you could associate your username with this problem.

This problem has been passed on to our networks team for investigation.

It appears that although the DNS changes have been made correct the accounts have not been added to Postini. We will provide a further update shortly.

We have updated the list of account with Postini and the problem should now be resolved. Closing.
