A misconfiguration of one of our live servers is causing the occasional sign up failure.

If you were logged in to the portal, you could associate your username with this problem.

We have identified the cause of the problem and introduced a fix for it. The problem was caused due to some missing configuration files. This problem is not service affecting anymore, however we are currently monitoring it and will post further updates.

The server has been rebuilt, tested and returned to service. We are now downgrading this problem.
