When raising a fault via Broadband Fault Checker, you cannot get past point 5 where it asks you to enter in a date when the connection was last working.

This will seriously affect raising faults both for us and the customer and has been replicated within Workplace and the Member Centre.

If you were logged in to the portal, you could associate your username with this problem.

The change that caused this has now been rolled back and the problem is now resolved. Closing problem.
