6128/372 no proxy, 1005/25 proxied

speedtest.net
6199/327 no proxy, 2400/20 proxied

If you were logged in to the portal, you could associate your username with this problem.

Problem passed to network engineer for further investigation.

This is being caused by high load on the proxy server, we are trying to determine the root cause.

We have restarted the proxy server and it appears to be working normally now.
