We have recently experienced a power outage at one of our datacentres in Sheffield.

This has caused a number of issues with our internal systems, our Portal Servers and our Email Service.

If you were logged in to the portal, you could associate your username with this problem.

Service has been restored to our internal systems and our Portal servers.

However the email issue is still being looked into at present.

We will provide you further updates as soon as they are available.

Our Network Services team are continuing work to ensure that all of our email services are brought back within the shortest time possible.

Email collection should now be working for customers. The network engineers have resolved the problems with this service.

Our network engineers have now resolved access to the customer affecting services. They are continuing to investigate any remaining problems.
We will issue an updated service status once we have more information available.

All customer services are running as normal and we have posted a resolved service status message. This problem will remain open for internal monitoring.
