The Customer Support Centre are currently experiencing an intermittent network problem. The problem started around 6:55pm.

If you were logged in to the portal, you could associate your username with this problem.

Our Customer Support Centre has been experiencing an intermittent problem with the internal customer management systems this evening. This has meant that support analysts may have had difficulty accessing customer details when answering calls.

The problem has now been resolved and our internal systems are accessible as normal. We are continuing to investigate the root cause of the problem and monitor to ensure no further problems are seen.

The problem only affected our internal systems, no customer traffic was affected.
