It would appear that there are problems making and receiving calls to the Nortel IP phone system.

If you were logged in to the portal, you could associate your username with this problem.

This affects internal calls and is not customer affecting.

Problem has been passed to a network engineer for further investigation.

The fault has been logged with the telephone switch support line.

Incoming and outgoing calls have been working now for the last hour or so, so I am downgrading this problem while the support engineers continue investigating the cause.
