We are currently investigating a problem preventing the receipt of messages sent to customers' mailing lists. If you were logged in to the portal, you could associate your username with this problem.

We are currently replicating this issue in the test environment in order to investigate this issue further. Once a fix has been tested successfully then we will update the problem once more.
