Customer calls are unaffected, just internal. Both incoming and outgoing calls are not working. This has been escalated to BT.

If you were logged in to the portal, you could associate your username with this problem.

Our network engineers are working with our supplier to diagnose and fix.

We have had a reoccurrence of the fault on our internal staff telephone system and are unable to receive inbound calls. Please note that this does not affect the telephone system used for customer support calls.
