| Problem:  [3rd party support] Phone System Dropping Calls

Twice this morning the phone system has dropped all calls (most recently at 10:22 approx). The time of the earlier instance is not known exactly.
The system comes back up immediately but obviously any customers either on hold or speaking to agents will have to dial back in.
If you were logged in to the portal, you could associate your username with this problem.
