Our internal mail server has been added to a mail blacklist. This will not be affecting customer email.

If you were logged in to the portal, you could associate your username with this problem.

This problem has been passed to our network engineers to investigate and request removal from the blacklist.

The whole IP range that our internal mailserver resides in has been added to this particular blacklist, as some IPs in the range are used for dial-up and DSL accounts. This particular blocking list tries to include all "non-server" IP address ranges.

The maintainers of the blacklist have been contacted and we hope to have an update on this issue as soon as possible.
