It would appear following a bit of testing on a few accounts that our 2-way SMS functionality is not working (ie. where the customer replies to one of our SMS ticket notifications). These replies are not being populated in Workplace.

If you were logged in to the portal, you could associate your username with this problem.

Problem has been passed to a Quality Assurance engineer for further investigation.

QA have confirmed this is a problem and will now pass this to our developers for further investigation.

Checking the code at our side suggests that all is in order. At this stage we suspect their could be a problem with our supplier. Now attemtping to make contact with them.
