We seem to be having problems reaching services in our Internet House Datacentre in Sheffield. Our Engineers are on site and are investigating.

If you were logged in to the portal, you could associate your username with this problem.

We have identified the cause of the problem, one of our racks has lost power. An electrician is on site with our engineers and we hope this will be resolved as swiftly as possible.

Power has been restored to the affected rack and services are slowly being bought back online.

Most of the affected services have now been restored, with the exception of a handful of servers.

Our Engineers on site are continuing to work to resolve this.

All servers have been restored and the root cause of the problem has been identified and fixed.

This problem is now being sent for signoff.
