We are receiving reports of some customers being unable to connect on broadband. Our network engineers are currently investigating these issues.
If you were logged in to the portal, you could associate your username with this problem.

Our Engineers believe that they have found the cause of this issue and have taken action to fix it. We are now monitoring the DSL platform to ensure that these changes have a positive impact on the platform.
