Customers are experiencing incorrect messages when navigating the phone menu, this is incorrectly advising them that we cannot take their call even though there are no calls currently in the queue.

If you were logged in to the portal, you could associate your username with this problem.

This problem has been passed to our Networks team for investigation.

It appears that the phone system had a variable incorrectly set which was limiting the number of calls into the queue.

The system is now receiving calls so this problem is being downgraded.
