When customers and logging into metronet webmail they are getting the following issue.

Error connecting to IMAP server: imap.metronet.co.uk.
110 : Connection timed out

Have tried refreshing mailbox and changing password with no change.

If you were logged in to the portal, you could associate your username with this problem.

Problem has been passed to a network engineer for further investigation.

The problem has been caused due to recent changes in the way the webmail/imap interface is managed by the new load balancers.

The problem has been fixed and customers should now be able to login as normal.
