BT have informed us that they are currently experiencing issues with their fault testing systems. This affects our ability to perform line checks on faults and may cause a slight delay in fault resolution.
If you were logged in to the portal, you could associate your username with this problem.

We have received an update from BT advising us that they are also experiencing problems with the Broadband Availability checker.
