We are aware of a problem when trying to raise a fault to BT Wholesale via the eCo database as there is an error. BT Wholesale are aware of this and it is affecting multiple Service Providers. This will provide some issues with trying to track newly created faults and may increase resolution time.

We will continue to check for updates on this issue.

This is currently being investigated by BT Systems Support under Reference HD245950.

We have now received confirmation from BT Wholesale that this is now fixed.
