We've been investigating an issue with one of our edge routers rebooting periodically, this is causing any customers connected to this gateway to be disconnected.

If you were logged in to the portal, you could associate your username with this problem.

This problem is under investigation by our networks team and the vendors.

Updates will be posted on the service status postings on our website.

We have reverted the software version and users are now reconnecting to the gateway.

We will continue to monitor.
