We are currently investigating a problem resulting in some customers View My Broadband Usage updates being delayed.

If you were logged in to the portal, you could associate your username with this problem.

Our network engineers are currently investigating this problem, we will provide more information as it becomes available.

Following further investigation and work, our engineers do not believe the issue to be customer-impacting and so are down-grading this Problem.
