Partner products are currently not mapped on the Ellacoyas and customers currently connected are getting the Plus experience - default service offer.

We need to map the partner customers to the current Business service offer.

If you were logged in to the portal, you could associate your username with this problem.

We have identfied and resolved the cause of this problem and all affected accounts are now being correctly identified in our traffic management systems are receiving the correct priority on our network,

We will downgrade this problem to monitor over the weekend to ensure that no further accounts are affected and then close the problem off.
